    Overview

Yunasa supports the whole gifted child, encouraging growth and support of campers intellectually, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Campers enjoy traditional camp activities and opportunities for intellectual exploration and learn techniques for making mind-body connections through yoga and other practices. Explore nature, make lifelong friends and have fun this summer at Yunasa!

Yunasa East (Michigan) is our program for 10-14-year-olds at the Howell Nature Center in Michigan.

Yunasa West (Colorado) is a more rugged outdoor experience for 10–15-year-olds at the YMCA Camp Shady Brook in Sedalia, CO.

No matter what location you choose, all Yunasa campers enjoy a traditional camp experience enjoying activites like swimming, arts & crafts, campfires, explore nature and more. Campers work with IEA’s nationally-renowned experts in gifted education who challenge campers to develop into their personal best.
