    Overview

    The mission of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is to remember and honor the thousands of innocent men, women, and children murdered by terrorists in the horrific attacks of February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001.  Volunteers assist at the Museum Store, greeting visitors and providing helpful information. 

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide excellent service to visitors
    • Inform visitors about products and store promotions 
    • Share stories behind products as they connect to themes in the Museum, such as recovery efforts and remembrance
    • Assist with tagging, inventory, folding t-shirts and restocking items
