    Overview

Baptist Health’s mission is to improve health and well-being while honoring the sanctity of life in the communities it serves. As a faith-based organization, it’s committed to clinical and service excellence, grounded in compassion, integrity, and innovation. Baptist Health provides high-quality care to all, including charity care for those in need, regardless of background.

Volunteers at Baptist Health help brighten patients’ days and make a real impact in their community. Coming from all backgrounds, they share a common goal—serving others with care and compassion.

Volunteers at Baptist Health can serve in many roles, including administrative tasks, greeting visitors, guiding patients, making deliveries, restocking supplies, and ensuring patient comfort. Other opportunities include pet therapy, art therapy, and pastoral care. There’s a role for everyone!

Teens interested in volunteering should fill out the Teen Volunteer application form at a Baptist Health location near them. Visit the website to learn how to join the volunteer team and start making a difference!
