    Overview

Help promote the library's summer reading program (June 1 - July 31) by registering children and awarding prizes. We at SJPL need teens, ages of 13 to 17, to help be the face of this year's Summer Reading Challenge.

Are you looking for a way to help your community this summer while gaining Community Service hours for school? SJPL is looking for energetic and fun-loving volunteers aged 15 years or over (or 13 or over if a member of teensReach) to help with our Summer Reading Challenge. Volunteers are needed to explain how the Summer Reading Challenge works, register children for the program and to award prizes. Help promote library activities and events during this year’s summer reading program.
