    Overview

East Harlem Tutorial Program offers students an anti-racist and equitable learning collective to exercise their brilliance. Our scholars build the academic skills, strength of character, and emotional well-being to thrive in school and lead in their communities.

High School Program is a year-round postsecondary readiness program for students in grades 9-12 that focuses on skill-building and supporting students in preparing to reach their college and career goals.

Scholars take classes including: Writing and Science Skill Boosting, SAT test-preparation, and Navigating the College Application and Financial Aid Coordination Processes. Scholars also have access to mentors and counselors through our programming. After graduation, high school scholars transition into the College Scholars Program and receive a full range of support to ensure college graduation. Qualified scholars have the opportunity to participate in paid internships at EHTP, where they gain valuable work experience supporting our teaching and administrative staff.
