    Overview

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

Although the volunteer needs Habitat Collin County has will vary week to week, there are several opportunities that we frequently need help with. Plus, if you are not able or interested in using a hammer, Habitat may still be the place for you to serve!

    • Youth under the age of 14 are not allowed on the construction worksite.
    • Youth 14-17 can landscape, paint, lot clean, cannot use power tools, work from a height of over 6 feet, or other ultra-hazardous tasks, and must have a parent or guardian with them on all tasks.
    • Youth 16 & up may volunteer in ReStore after completing orientation with a parent.
