    Overview

    Halter's mission is to employ animals, especially miniature horses, to provide support and enhance the lives of others.

    Halter Inc offers Saturday community service for anyone age 13 and up. Volunteers should come ready to work and dressed in clothes that can get dirty—especially after rain, when pasture fashion is mud boots and old jeans! Tasks include picking up trash, watering and feeding animals, and helping with whatever projects are happening that day. It’s hands-on, meaningful work that makes a difference.
