    Overview

    ICA Miami is dedicated to promoting continuous experimentation in contemporary art, advancing new scholarship, and fostering the exchange of art and ideas throughout the Miami region and internationally. Free youth programs at the ICA Miami help young artists further their education and experience.

    The Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami’s youth programs offers advanced educational programming and opportunities to gain experience in the visual arts fields.

    ICA Miami’s Young Artists Initiative (YAI) is a selective two-year youth arts program for students in grades 10-12. Participants explore contemporary art, work with leading artists, and exhibit their work at the museum. The program also offers field trips to Art Basel Miami Beach, scholarships, internships, and summer jobs. 

    ICA Miami’s Portfolio Prep for Academic Art Programs provide middle and high school students with a virtual experiences to develop portfolios.
