    Overview

    The Oakwood Education Foundation aims to fight educational inequality caused by issues in education systems like lack of transportation to under-qualified teachers and bridging the educational achievement gap. Support the cause as a Volunteer Tutor, providing assistance to students of all ages on a regular basis dependent on your and your and the students' schedules. Spanish-speaking tutors can help support ESOL students.

    Tutors can volunteer/tutor online! The Oakwood Education Foundation seeks tutors for a wide range of subjects, including:

    • Math (early math to AP Statistics)
    • Science/Engineering (Physics to Elctrical Engineering
    • History (Middle School to AP Government)
    • Computer Science (Programming to AP Computer Science)
    • English (K to 10th)
    • Business (AP Microeconomics to Entrepreneurship)
    • And so much more!
