    Overview

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science aims to inspire curiosity through hands-on exploration of nature and science. It provides interactive learning experiences that showcase scientific evidence, mathematical concepts, and natural history, creating a lasting impact on how visitors engage with science and the natural world.

Teens can apply to be Year-Round Volunteers or to participate in the summer ConnecTEEN program.

Year-Round Volunteers must commit to a 10-hour monthly minimum. They assist with exhibits and educational programs while supporting the Museum’s mission to inspire curiosity and learning in science and technology.

ConnecTEEN is a summer volunteer program for students looking to serve their community and connect with STEM professionals. Through hands-on activities in the museum’s 11 exhibit halls, participants engage with guests while developing 21st-century skills. The program includes industry-specific workshops, workforce readiness sessions, and team-building experiences.
