Special Olympics Pennsylvania is in need of volunteers to serve as coaches, assistant coaches, mentors, event volunteers and more!
Our volunteers help people with intellectual disabilities discover their strengths and abilities and serve as role models both on and off the playing field.
The mission of Special Olympics PA is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Volunteers are especially needed to serve as coaches or assistant coaches in the sport of their choice. Sports are offered on a seasonal basis and typically practice 1-2 times per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
