  Brenda Boos

  Director of Sales

  Brenda is a senior accounts manager specializing in marketing consultation and advertising sales. After attending Evangel College and Missouri State University, she worked in the stainless steel manufacturing industry for 12 years, sold structural steel for 10 years, and then worked in the career exploration field for 3 years. She and her husband have two grown children and four granddaughters which are the center of their lives. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading, playing piano, and sewing.

  Dustin Silvaer

  Digital Marketing Strategist

  Dustin Silvaer joined the TeenLife team in 2022. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship. With a passion for working with educators, counselors, and advisors, Dustin's role at TeenLife focuses on enhancing the company's reach and impact in the community. In his free time, Dustin enjoys hiking, watching movies, and listening to podcasts.

  Jen Fisher

  Sales Account Manager

  Jen currently serves as an Account Manager for TeenLife. Prior to joining the TeenLife team, Jen was a career educator and administrator at some of the finest independent schools in the country. Jen worked extensively with students and educators in a myriad of roles including classroom teacher, Academic Dean, Division Head, and the Director of Student Support Services. Jen has her undergraduate and master’s degree from Berry College in Rome, Georgia and her Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Arkansas. Jen and her husband reside in Fayetteville, NC and she has two incredible adult stepsons. Jen enjoys yoga, reading, and time with her (many) dogs and family.

  Jodi Ireland

  Director of Content

  Jodi joined TeenLife in 2024 as the new Director of Content. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Content Director at BLASTmedia, a PR company based in Indianapolis, IN. Prior to jumping full-time into writing and editing nine years ago, Jodi taught middle school ELA, high school English and Latin, and college writing. She moved back to PA from KS in 2000 after spending several years earning an M.A. in creative nonfiction from Kansas State, raising sheep, and training horses for competitive trail riding. She also holds an M.Ed. in curriculum development from Lehigh University and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Delaware. Jodi and her teen live in Fountain Hill, PA, where her son attends an IB school and she's the Board of Trustees secretary. In her free time, Jodi enjoys reading, baking, painting and hiding kindness rocks, and hanging with her family.

  Marie Schwartz

  CEO & Founder

  Marie launched TeenLife Media in 2007 after moving to Boston with her husband and two middle school sons and discovering that there were no information resources for families with older children. She got started by selling a printed "TeenLife Guide to Summer in Boston" to parents in area schools.

  Nancy Li

  Product Operations Manager

  Prior to joining TeenLife in 2021, Nancy was a research associate studying epigenetics at UCLA, taught undergraduate chemistry at UC San Diego, and worked in biotech as a Scientist and Environmental Health and Safety Specialist in the clinical diagnostics field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UCLA and a Master of Science in Chemistry from UC San Diego. In her free time she enjoys baking, gardening, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.

  Regan Beiermann

  Sales & Support Associate

  Regan is TeenLife's Sales and Support Associate. Previously, she was working in a Customer Success Role with Pepperlane. With a passion for helping others, Regan also has experience in the healthcare industry, education sector and personal training. Regan and her husband live in St. Louis with their two teenage children who keep her very busy with their sports and activities. Working out, spending time with friends and family, going out to eat and traveling are some of her favorite things to do.
