    Overview

This program offers all 16-17 year old campers a session that focuses on group building, goal setting, teamwork, tolerance and compromise, integrity, role modeling, & community service.

iTHRIVE teens are encouraged to step into leadership roles as counselors and program staff to inspire the next generation of campers. Through engaging activities, they are nurtured to dream big, think creatively, and cultivate a growth mindset, all in a safe and inclusive environment built on respect and kindness. The program's highlights include exciting opportunities like a multi-state hiking adventure, a peer–mentor program, college visits, internships, and a special "Dream Project" where they support younger campers' aspirations.

Each candidate is required to apply for the position and is interviewed prior to their selection. After their program at camp, LITs remain involved in workshops and meetings each month. Topics include career and college readiness, financial literacy, leadership, and career mentorship.
