Summer Academy gives students the opportunity to pursue their passions and learn from New York Times journalists and other thought leaders who bring real-world expertise into the classroom. Our courses help students develop their intellectual curiosity.
Each Summer Academy course draws on the current global cultural landscape and industry insight to provide students with in-depth explorations of subjects that impact the world and make headlines.
Summer Academy is open to high school students (grades 10-12 and Graduating Seniors based on the grade the student is entering in the Fall 2023 school year). Students must be 15 years old by the first day of their term. All students new to Summer Academy are required to complete an online application.

Program Duration
Two-week programs throughout summer; students may enroll in more than one term.

Requires the completion of an online application and submission of supplementary materials.?
Tuition
$5,560 for Day students; $6,845 for Residential students. Tuition is based on 2-week course.
