    Kaskaskia offers college-level courses in support of one-and two-year occupational/technical programs, university-parallel courses constituting the first two years of baccalaureate degree programs, Business/Industry training, community education, and Adult Education and Literacy programs.

    Kaskaskia College is a student-centered, learning-oriented institution, committed to the success of its students; KC offers a total of 41 degree and 93 certificate programs, including Adult Education, Continuing Education and customized Business and Industry programs, and a wide range of Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science programs, which are designed to prepare students for meaningful employment or transfer for further education. With an enrollment of approximately 12,500 students, Kaskaskia College is one of the leading community colleges in Illinois. Over the past 13 years, KC's 78% enrollment growth leads all other community colleges in the State. Located just outside Centralia, Illinois (pop. 13,569), sixty miles east of St. Louis, Missouri, KC serves all or part of nine counties, including Bond, Clinton, Fayette, Marion, Washington, Jefferson, St. Clair, Madison and Montgomery. In-district residents pay $3,552 in tuition and fees per academic year.
