    Kirtland Community College is a comprehensive community college located in North Central Lower Michigan in the very heart of Michigan's scenic north woods. Kirtland provides open access to education, as well as cultural opportunities, to enrich the lives of the people in Northern Michigan.

    Whether you would like to earn a certificate and enhance your credibility or specialize in an area of your current career with an associate degree, Kirtland has created programs geared toward your success. There are 48 available degrees and certificates at Kirtland Community College including the following transfer degrees (perfect if you plan to complete up to half of a bachelor's degree prior to enrollment at a university): Associate in Arts (on campus and online); Associate in Business Administration (on campus and online); Associate in Computers; Associate in Fine Arts Studio Arts; and Associate in Science.

    Kirtland Community College is the largest community college geographically in the state of Michigan covering approximately 2,500 square miles and servicing all of Ogemaw, Oscoda, Roscommon and Crawford counties and parts of five additional surrounding counties. Approximately 65,000 people reside within the Kirtland district. The location is very rural and is approximately 170 miles north of Detroit, Michigan. In-district residents pay $3,355 in tuition and fees per academic year.
