    Overview

The University of Valley Forge was founded in 1939 and is part of an international network of Assemblies of God colleges and universities.

A private university with undergraduate, graduate, and lifelong learning programs, our mission is to prepare individuals for a life of service and leadership in the church and in the world.

Students participate in athletics, clubs, extracurricular activities and ministries ranging in interests from music to social justice. Because the University of Valley Forge is just a half hour from Philadelphia, students can also enjoy cultural and historic attractions offered by a big city.

UVF is ideally located in close proximity to historical Philadelphia, allowing students to explore all the city offers. Our suburban Phoenixville campus is a community-focused environment connected by a nature trail to a 44-acre park and close to local coffee shops and restaurants.
