    Overview

Human eSources’ programs help improve grades and self-awareness, as well as selecting a successful college major and career path.

Human eSources believes that every individual is unique, with their own set of strengths and challenges. Since 1998, our online age-appropriate products have empowered students, parents, teachers, and counselors to discover and apply students’ natural gifts and overcome personal challenges to improve academic success and prepare for college and a career.

Rooted in decades of research on personality type, learning styles, multiple intelligences and student success, our products help students gain the knowledge, skills and motivation needed to succeed in school, in their careers, and in their personal lives.

    Our programs include:

    • AchieveWorks® Personality self-assessment reveals how and where students will be most successful based on their personality type and an integrated career database.
    • AchieveWorks® Learning & Productivity assessment encourages successful learning by helping resolve students’ learning and productivity issues based on preferences in 16 areas.
    • AchieveWorks® Intelligences reveals students’ multiple intelligences profile with strengths and challenges, recommends careers based on results, and provides strategies to develop all the intelligences.
    • AchieveWorks® Skills ensures students are prepared for college and work-ready with a greater understanding of their skillset and ways to develop individual skills.

Secure personal portfolios are used by both parents and students. Parents use their portfolio to view their childrens' portfolios in one location, complete with individual progress and results. Students complete the programs, view their reports, research careers and college majors and available employment opportunities from their own portfolio.
