Pa'Ti Mar’s Summer Camp, held during the third week of July 2025 in Rincón, Puerto Rico, offers teens (14-18) an unforgettable blend of adventure and marine conservation. Over 5 days, participants earn an accelerated scuba certification, conduct reef surveys, and engage in hands-on coral restoration. Proceeds support San Juan’s 1st land-based coral nursery, empowering students to protect critical habitats while contributing to Puerto Rico’s environmental efforts.
Pa'Ti Mar’s Summer Camp is designed for high school students aged 14-18 who are passionate about marine conservation and eager for adventure. This five-day, four-night program, held during the third week of July 2025 in the picturesque coastal town of Rincón, Puerto Rico, offers a unique blend of experiential learning, teamwork, and hands-on conservation efforts.
Participants will earn a Padi scuba certification while contributing directly to the restoration of critical reef ecosystems. Guided by experienced instructors, they’ll engage in activities such as reef surveys, bleaching surveys, coral restoration work, and marine ecosystem exploration.Campers will enjoy all of this fun while simultaneously earning 30 service hours. The trainings and the service hours earned at this camp will be sure to stun any college application. The program also includes opportunities to enjoy Rincón’s stunning beaches, vibrant local culture, and snorkeling spots, creating a memorable and enriching experience.
This camp aims to empower teens to make a tangible impact on Puerto Rico’s environmental efforts. By participating, students contribute to the funding of San Juan’s first land-based coral nursery—a vital initiative to rebuild and protect reefs that sustain marine life and coastal communities. The program combines education, adventure, and conservation, equipping young ocean enthusiasts with the knowledge and skills to become future environmental stewards. As a note, we will all meet in San Juan at our facilities and we will proide transport to Rincon.
