'Career Insights' offers immersion into a chosen potential career, taking place in London, New York and San Francisco. An innovative 'Female Future Leaders' program in Cambridge develops leadership potential in young women.
We specialise in promoting high-quality Gap Year, university preparation and summer academic courses, which provide a benchmark for academic quality and cultural immersion. Our students flourish in an interactive study environment, emphasising student-focused teaching in small seminar groups and tutorials. In this stimulating and supportive environment, you are encouraged to develop as an independent, self-motivated learner.
We welcome students from around the world to the courses, held within Oxford and Cambridge colleges, and university accommodation in also in London, Toronto, San Francisco and New York, alos in January in Sydney, Australia.
Housed in a comfortable residential college setting for, you are in an inspiring and supportive environment, and the balance of the coursework and the activities and visits makes this a unique summer study experience.
For Academic Insights, held in Oxford, Cambridge and Toronto, you will study a chosen subject in depth, to gain knowledge and understanding, in preparation for college-level study or establish whether the subject appeals sufficiently to take to a further level.
For Career Insights, based in London, New York and San Francisco, you take workshops in the chosen career path, with workshops and role-plays, also visits to industry sites to see first hand what working in those careers would be like.
On both courses a varied programme of cultural visits, workshops and activities takes place, balancing the academic work and ensuring a happy and varied experience.
We now offer the Academic Insights programme on our Sydney Summer School. Oxbridge tutors teach a range of these courses at the University of Sydney. Cultural visits include visits to the Sydney Opera House, the harbour and Vaucluse House.
Our female leadership course, Female Future Leaders is held at one of the Cambridge colleges. This innovative course prepares young women for future leadership. You join other students in all the activities, visits and social events taking place.
