    Overview

With the rapid growth of interscholastic racing around the country (the state of Virginia in particular), many junior mountain bikers are increasingly interested in improving their performance, speed, efficiency, and strategy . This 3-day camp will accomplish those goals, and more. Find out more!

Each day will focus on a different discipline of the sport. Dedicated courses will be set up for short track, eliminator, cross country, and marathon training. Few things are as motivating as friendly competition, so count on bumping bars with other campers and sprinting for the holeshot! Counselors also get in on the action, giving real-time feedback and tactical advice.

Working with experienced regional professionals, campers will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to perform at their absolute best. From nutrition to pacing, bike setup to descending technique, if it will increase your ability to quickly and safely cover ground on a mountain bike it will be covered in this camp.

All camp activities will take place at Miller School of Albemarle and take full advantage of their scenic 1,600-acre campus with expansive network of campus trails.
