    Overview

This String Orchestra Camp is perfect for string musicians interested in improving their technique and gaining performative experience. Find out more!

During this program, students will work with one of the two string orchestras for the majority of the time. They will also attend sectionals and play in small chamber ensembles. Students can also expect to take courses and masterclasses focusing on music theory. Every evening, there will be fun social events such as faculty recitals, sports, ice cream socials, and movie nights. At the very end of the session, musicians will participate in two final performances. These will include the Chamber ensembles Concert and the String Orchestra Final Performance. It is a great opportunity to perform in front of an audience and gain valuable experiences.
