    Overview

The intermediate camp is for swimmers in grades 3-11 who are looking to refine their start, turn, and stroke techniques. The elite camp is for advanced swimmers in grades 7-11 who are looking to improve race strategies, race pacing, and overall race performance. Swimmers will receive instruction in all four competitive strokes from highly qualified coaches who use the current best practices to help swimmers move as efficiently as possible through the water.

In addition to the water work, athletes will complete daily dry land sessions designed to improve core strength which will help swimmers hold the proper body line in the water. The camp will take place in the brand new Copses Family Pool, one of the finest aquatic facilities in all of Southern California.
