Together, you’ll embark on a journey of discovery, gaining a profound understanding of your area and a solid foundation in academic research, culminating in a unique written product you can proudly share with the world. Whether you’re fascinated by the inner workings of a cell or the dynamics of social change, Research Ignited supports qualitative and quantitative research in a variety of fields. We cover the classics like Biology, Physics, and Engineering, and delve deeper into fields like Computer Science, Psychology, Sociology, Business, and Political Science. But that’s not all! Don’t see your passion listed? Reach out! We’re dedicated to supporting every student’s unique research aspirations. Our experienced team will help find the perfect mentor, even outside of our listed fields.

    Program Requirements
    • Mentees must be high school students or undergraduate students at the time of application.
    • Mentees should have taken the relevant classes available to them in high school and have at least a basic understanding of the subject to which they’re interested, demonstrated by their coursework, extracurriculars, personal reading, etc.
    • Mentees must have at least five hours a week available to work on their paper outside of the scheduled sessions.
    • Mentees need to have excellent time management skills.
    • Mentees need to have reliable internet access and connection, as well as video and audio capabilities for the sessions.
