    Overview

    The NYU Steinhardt Film Scoring Workshop is an excellent opportunity for students interested in learning more about the creative process and composition of scoring.  Find out more!

    Under the instruction of luminary composers, students will create and perfect their very own music score. They will receive individualized feedback from the top industry guests and participate in boot camps designed to teach them about the technology used to develop scores. Furthermore, they can expect to learn about virtual and traditional orchestration, music preparation, editing, and engineering. In the evening, there will be presentations hosted by professionals who are known for their work in award-winning movies. This will surely be an excellent opportunity for all students interested in learning more about music and connecting with renowned industry professionals!
