You've seen the pros do it on TV. Now you can test your cake baking and decorating skills and see how they stack up. And, of course, you can eat it when you're done! Open to students entering grades 9-12.

Join chefs from Penn College’s baking department for this program focused on introductory and advanced cake decorating skills. Working with buttercream, fondant, and gum paste decorations, you’ll learn how to create restaurant and specialty dessert cakes.
