    Overview

Washington Conservatory of Music's Songs with Friends program is perfect for guitar and ukelele players to expand their technique and connect with other musicians!

Throughout the course of two months, students will improve individual technique and repertoire. In this interactive and fun experience, students will engage with others and play music both indivually and with a group. Some artists they can expect to learn more about include Bob Dylan, Beyonce, and Bono. Participants play an active role in selecting their own songs suitable at their level and skillset. By the end of the program, students can expect to come out with improved musical skills, increased knowledge of their instrument, and plenty of new friendships.
