Bike New York empowers communities by promoting cycling as a way to improve lives. The organization works to increase ridership, support youth in leading healthy lifestyles, remove barriers to cycling, and expand advocacy and services to reach more New Yorkers.
The Bike New York Twin Lights Ride offers stunning views of New Jersey’s coast, hills, and farms, all centered around the Navesink Twin Lights near Huddy Park in Highlands. Volunteers help make the event special for over 2,500 cyclists by assisting at the start/finish area, rest stops, or on the road fixing flats. Join the team and be part of this exciting ride!
Positions open to teens ages 14+ include ferry greeters, start & finish area volunteers, and rest area volunteers. Those over the age of 18 can volunteer as riding marshals and bike sweep volunteers.
