    Overview

Room to Grow provide parents and caregivers with essential baby and toddler items, strategies and support to promote their children’s development, and connections to community resources that can meaningfully expand their support network.

This is a great opportunity for students, retirees, or new parents who may bring their non-mobile babies with them while they volunteer.

Volunteer opportunities include sorting, organizing and displaying the thousands of donations of baby items we receive every year, organizing collection drives, and assisting with fundraising and events. In addition, if you'd like to contribute your professional expertise in the areas of development, marketing, or business management, we'd love to hear from you.

There are also options for virtual volunteering, where you can host a virtual volunteer session to learn about Room to Grow, play games, and participate in a hands-on activity, such as blanket making.

The boutique look of our space is an important aspect of our program and we are often in need of reliable volunteers to help us accomplish this goal. Volunteers help organize and prepare our inventory of infant and toddler clothing, toys, books, and equipment while keeping our space organized and welcoming.

Young professionals can also join the Young Professionals Council and students can join the Junior Ambassador Program. To find out more on how to volunteer or join our unique organization, check out our website!
